Precision Nuclear Inc. is one of only a handful of manufacturers in
the world qualified to manufacture Class One nuclear products for
CANDU nuclear reactors.

Precision Nuclear is certified by the New Brunswick Department of
Public Safety for the construction of Class 1 Nuclear Components, in
accordance with CSA N285.0, ASME Boiler and Pressure Code Section
III and Section VIII Division 1, and CSA B51. We are also registered
to ISO 9001: 2000.
We possess a wide range of inspection equipment, accompanied by an
optical comparator, hardness tester, surface roughness tester, and
white light borescope. Our gantry style CMM is able to measure parts
up to 80”x130”x 60”, to .0001”.
We perform in house calibration traceable to NIST Standards, and
work with approved suppliers for calibration, custom gauging and
non-destructive test requirements.
